Before purchasing, please confirm that this garage door remote is compatible only with 390MHz Frequency with Orange or Red learn button Chamberlain, Liftmaster Garage Door Opener Security+, manufactured from 1997 to 2005. Otherwise, it will not work.

If you are unsure or encounter any issues during installation after reading the programming instructions, please do not hesitate to let us know. If your garage door cannot be synced, try the following: 1. Try pressing another remote button to program. 2. Close your garage door before programming. 3. Erase your garage door's memory based on the manual. 4. Get close to the garage door opener when programming the remote. 5. Check if the battery is dead.

Programming Instruction: The learn button on the motor unit should be RED OR ORANGE, and the frequency must be 390 MHz, or it will not work. Step 1. Locate the smart/learn button on your garage door opener (you will need a stepladder). Step 2. Press and release the learn button on the motor unit. The learn indicator light will glow steadily for 30 seconds. Step 3. Press the button on the hand-held remote that you wish to operate your garage door. Release it until the lights blink or 2 clicks are heard (if light bulbs are not installed).

COMPATIBLE WITH 390 MHz ORANGE & RED LEARN BUTTON ONLY - This remote is an after-market replacement remote, not a universal one. Your garage door opener must be 390 MHz with red or orange learn button (manufactured from 1997 to 2005). If it has a Red / Orange Learn Button, but it is not 390MHz, it will not work.
